In My Kitchen: Regenerating

(Joining Heather for a kitchen blog hop).

It was a much busier week in my kitchen this week than last, and that's because...the semester is over!   I'm also doing Heather's 30 Day Vegan workshop.  So my kitchen has been all about veggies and recuperation and renewal and healing.  And flowers and music and sipping on my favorite (Tazo, passion) iced tea. Oh, and a kombucha drink instead of wine (who was it who introduced me to kombucha on the blog hop?  Thank you, whoever you are!  Loving it.)

Ahhhh...slower days with more time for the kitchen.  I like it!

    1. I love them too. I made the kale salad 3-4 times already so far. It's just wonderful. And even my kids thought the brownies were great. This workshop has been so much more than I expected.

  4. Woot woot for the semester that's over. I have still a few weeks to go, but I'm really looking forward to spend more time in my kitchen too. By looking at your pictures, I already know it will feel good. Oh, and yay for fresh flowers in the kitchen!

    1. Good luck with the last few weeks of classes. There is nothing quite like summer-schedule ease in the kitchen, is there?

  5. Wow you have been busy and it all looks amazing. I love all that veg. I haven't tried kombucha tea but heard a lot of good things about it. I must have a try too.
    Thanks for reminding me.

    1. I've actually been doing a chilled kombucha drink, but it does also have tea in it. It's been a nice alternate to wine, since that has been bothering my sinuses lately.

    1. The workshop has been even more than I expected--a real retreat and contemplative time, as well as fun in the kitchen. Do try one when she offers one again sometime!
